RECORDINGS I will record your meeting on Zoom but suggest you also record from your end with your phone or on your computer as a back-up because machines (and humans) sometimes make mistakes. I upload the recording to Google Drive and send you the link. I will delete the recording withing one month of our appointment, so please download it before then as I do not keep copies longer than ONE MONTH for storage and security reasons. MISSED OR CANCELED APPOINTMENTS Please keep in mind that I spend at least an hour preparing and analyzing your chart in advance of our appointment, so even before we meet, I have put time into our session. Therefore, I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. With the exception of emergencies, I will need to charge a cancellation fee of ½ of the price of our session if appointments are canceled with less than 24 hours notice. (Please initial below)
