Full Flower Moon in Sagittarius
Happy Full Flower Moon to my Astrology Friends!
These last few days have been a wild ride for me-but I’ve finally managed to sneak in a few moments to sit down and write you all about the (VERY, VERY INTERESTING) planetary shifts we are currently experiencing.
First off, in case you haven’t noticed: We are officially in GEMINI season!
I’ve been busy preparing my “Pollination Nation Porch” for the grand arrival of the many pollinators who grace our lives: hummingbirds, finches, doves, sparrows, butterflies, bees and so many more New Mexico natives whose names I am still learning.
I’ve got flowers blooming, bird feeders filled (sometimes 3x a day!), comfy chairs, and everything needed to support my porch lifestyle.
One thing about the pollination crowd, Gemini included, they sure are busy!
These creatures JUST DON”T STOP. Seriously, no wonder they need to eat so much, they are constantly in motion. This is the very nature of Gemini season: dynamic movement.
We stretch in the sunshine as we leave the cave of winter and we want to MOVE. As we move, our blood begins to flow, our brains wake up and we become curious, we want to learn about EVERYTHING: the changes in the environment, the other creatures we encounter, the world around us, why this, why that, why, why why?!
If Gemini had a word it would most certainly be WHY?
So my official astrologer advice for this time would be to reconnect to your inner 3 year old and cultivate, as Albert Einstein said “a holy curiosity”.
There is always more to the story in Gemini season and because I have only a little bit more time (got to tend to those pollinators), I’m going to sum it up as concisely as I can:
Not only is it a Full Moon in Sagittarius today (what meaning does your WHY have?), but Venus, the planetary ally of love, beauty, values, abundance and pleasure meets up with Jupiter the planetary ally of growth, expansion, “bigness”, luck and also, yes, abundance in Taurus the sign of lush sensuality, earthy mamas, exquisite voices, “la dolce vita” in the last degree 29. This is such a celebration opportunity of the precious gift of life in the midst of great activity, gusts of windy change and accelerated information influx.
In just about a half an hour at 2:30 MT, Venus will shift into Gemini, joining the Sun and on 5/25, (this Saturday) Jupiter joins her, bringing a whole new expansive experience into our lives.
Stay tuned for more, as I gather and learn and come back to share-pollinator style.
